i picked up the book mentioned on this
website yesterday. I was reading this
while in the store and also most screamed
"this is me!!!"
this feel's right. I cannot explain it,
but for the first time in 6 months, I feel
that I have found what doing this to
me/done this to me.
Please, read about this if you suffer from
stress. Don't let it do to you what it
has done to me.
I'm going to follow the diet listed in the
book, which is basically rulling out all
carbs (white flour) and such. I've been
eating like crap the past 4 months
(complete junk food with salts and
sweets). I've been feeding this thing
all alone, and possibly have made myself
hypoglycemic in the process. The other
day, while at the book store, I didn't
have sugar all day. I started feeling
very tired, run down, and light headed.
I went to the cafe and got a iced coffee
with a lot of sugar in it. 10 minutes
later, I was fine. This is scary, but I
know I can beat it.

I never said it was related to anxiety
attacks.

I'll say this much.
In the past 3 days, i've been able to wake
up, and walk every morning. I've been
able to stay on a strict, healthy diet...
I'm not craving any sweets.
My neck pain is completely gone. This is
a pain that has been here since last jan,
and now it's completely gone. I cannot
tell you how great it feels to be able to
move my head, and not have my neck hurt.
Also, my energy appears to be coming back
little by little. I have burst here and
there, and i'm in a great freaking mood.
I've been on the natural meds listed in
the adrenal fatigue book for 5 days. Is
it that? Who knows... All I know is...
I'm feeling better, and it's a great
feeling!
Happy friday everyone!

Hello sorry to hear your having probs
first off swollen lymph nodes are a sign
of infection somewhere in the body and can
be easily fixed by a antibiotic second the
feeling of tired all the time and you say
after you run you get bags under your eyes
and break out into cold sweats this could
be many things it could mean that you are
anemic or you have low blood sugar or like
the the doc told you you cant exhale like
normal people do causing some sort of
breathing prob or all this could just be
anxiety and you not even know it cause you
did say you where stressed so that’s why
im swinging more towards anxiety ….Cause
if the docs tell you that there is nothing
wrong then there is nothing wrong and its
got to be anxiety and stress stress leads
to anxiety and anxiety can make you feel
all kinds of things ……

Adrenal fatigue it is.
3 weeks ago, I purchased a home saliva
test kit that tests my all day cortisol
levels and dhea-s. The results where eye
popping. I have adrenal fatigue, and
this is what is causing my fatigue, muscle
aches and sugar cravings.
I'm now on a healthy diet, and taking
natural supplements to bring my glands
back up.
I just wanted to report back and state
that,
1. I'm still alive ;-)
2. I found what's going on :-)

Go to adrenalfatigue.Org and read to see
if any of these symptoms apply.

Fanny
i bought the book from the website. That
is also where I got the idea for the
saliva test..
I have an appt with an endo after the new
year. She's going to run tests on my
hormones and dig a little deeper into my
adrenal issues, and possibly a thyroid
issue.
As for my progress, it's coming along. I
have better days, and bad days. It's
better than what I was having. I eat
extremely healthy now, exercise daily
(just 30 minutes of cardio, too fatigue to
do weights still) taking lots of vitamins
and supps, and getting plenty of rest.
I've remove all stressors from my life.
Hopefully, in another 6-7 months, this
will all be just a bad dream
