I have these red little bumps all over my
abdomen and instead of being little bumps
on my breasts it's red blotch patches.
These bumps are red but when they get
itchy they become raised bumps with white
heads. It started on my abdomen and my
breasts but now it is starting to spread.
Right now when any body part is itchy i'm
afraid of scratching because i'm afraid of
it spreading even more. It's slowly
starting to spread to my arms, legs, face
and back. I went to see my doctor but
she has no clue what it is. My other
major concern is that i'm currently 14
weeks pregnant and i'm afraid of whatever
I have is affecting my baby. I
originally thought these bumps were a rash
but when I went to the emergency room they
told me I had an infection and perscribed
an antibiotic. The antibiotic is
cephalexin. I was put on these
antiboitics for 7 days and I thought
whatever I had would clear up before I
finished the medication. However i'm
finished the antibiotics and i'm still as
itchy as I was when I first got this. It
has helped clear up some the the bumps but
as soon as i'm itchy the bumps are back.
I'm using calomine lotion right now to
help with the itching but it's only
temporary relief. I find it really hard
to control my self from scratching at
night. Any idea of what this may be?
