If there is indeed such a thing as 'evil'
then it is man-made, and usually it is
fostered by capitalism.

What do you mean by demons and demonic
possession?
Also, the bible isn't meant to be taken
literally, if you know what I mean.

Ok, I'm just going to throw this out here
again like I did in another thread but
just a little shorter...
We have the technology now to torment
people to no end... mind reading and
manipulation, visual surveillance from
space. No alien or religious influence
needed. The technology exists publically,
though in deceptively primitive forms.
For me, its just too obvious. And it seems
that anyone who is in a disadvantaged
position, having rubbed people the wrong
way like I did, or is mentally ill, weak,
unintelligent, overly religious, gullible,
weird, whatever, could be a victim. Look
at websites like TMZ.com and the interest
people seem to have in other people, the
media frenxy the Elliot Spitzer fiasco has
generated... and the TV show Face the
Truth on FOX... people ENJOY and are
entertained by the embarrassment of
others.
Now, lets not get overly negative here...
but there is enough people in society who
just don't give a crap about us and are
"just having fun", thinking that "it
doesn't matter" because "we don't know
this person", "we'll never have to worry
about retribution", etc.

I read your post in the other thread, too,
randomthoughts, and I am still a little
uncertain as to who it is who is
torturing, manipulating and watching us
from space. Can you explain that to me?
A religious person might be forgiven for
thinking you were talking about some sort
of deity.

Hi Galaxy... government for certain, but I
also believe there are civilian
organizations that have access to this
technology as well. It could be satellite
based, or land based from a lengthy
distance. It's real people.
For me its just too obvious... comments I
hear when things are coming through
particularly clear like...
"Do you think I'll ever have anything to
worry about from these people?"
"Nah I don't think so... your married so
you should be fine."
"Haha, this guy reminds me of a kid we've
been watching in Egypt."
"Oh my God this is so awesome! You can do
this!? Holy ****! And nobody cares?"
"Nah, the kid screwed up his
relationships, we've got a lot of
insurance here and the voices in his head
won't shut up so we should be fine. He's
******* dude. Just like all these other
freaks. Love it."

There are different forms of control.
Feeding ignorance is a form of torture.

The problem with religious people
believing they are possessed is that they
believe only god can help them, but he
obviously hasn't since they're coming
here. If you want to believe in all of
that, go to a church and get help there.

Is it not the case that genuine
schizophrenics do not tend to think along
the lines of being possessed, as that
would be too inward-looking, but more
along the lines of being oppressed - by
society, the government etc? It makes me
wonder whether these religious zealots who
claim to have been possessed by evil are
little more than attention-seeking
hysterics.
But I am prepared to be corrected.

I am not a religious zealot and I seem to
be posessed by evil. I do not seek
attention.

When I was 16 I played
around with a ouija board and one of the
ghosts I was talking to suddenly began to
talk to me in my head. He would sometimes
control my body and I would move around
and act irrationally. I would follow what
he told me to do.
Eventually he told me he was an 'angel'
and then 4 more voices came to me, each of
them angels, giving me names, azrael,
raphael, gabriel, michael and lucifer.
They all had a unique personality and all
had a personal appearance they described.
I started to occasionaly see them. I
would laugh and react to what they said
and my parents locked me up.
After 3 weeks in the mental ward I was let
out because I feigned a recovery to pursue
"obeying" the voices. But the first week
there, I was publicly undressing myself as
the angels asked me to, saying, " this
will prove your faith." they gave me
tests, and I would do what they said. At
one point I tried to break out and run
onto the rooftop and throw myself down and
they said I would fly away to heaven.
I was caught on the stairwell and they
secluded me in a room called the "quiet
room", which had a tiny window with a
camera watching me to make sure I don't
hurt myself. They sedated me with a shot.
The doctors tried numerous meds and none
worked.
I felt physical sensations like wings
being ripped out of my back and sprouting,
and I grew convinced I was pregnant and
carrying the antichrist as a strange lump
in my thumb, and it was getting weirder
and weirder.
I also started to believe I would not stop
gaining weight if I drank water so I
stopped drinking or eating and lost nearly
30 pounds, and of course this led to a
consecutive hospitalization in which I was
ready to die because I would believe some
horrible piece of nonsense for a few
months, then i'd learn it was false and
i'd feel horrid.
By age 17 I had stopped taking any meds
because the side effects were making me
sicker. I do not reccomend this, it
rarely leads to good. I was crazy for a
while still but then by the summer of '05
when I turned 18 it all went away.
I think that demonic possesion is not
possible. My case sounded a lot like some
kind of bizarre godly intervention at
times and at points people believed I
might have been possessed, but repeated
visits with a priest and blessings of the
house did nothing. In the end, it went
away on its own but though the
schizophrenia is in remission and it might
have been a one time episode, I am still
at risk.
Now here's a word of advice. You are not
possessed, it is humiliating to endure all
the nonsenese the church puts you through
if they think you are. In the long run,
the illness takes on a bizarre form that
mocks you and tries to make you not treat
it.
Do not let other people that are sick
convince you otherwise, you need meds and
help and I hope yours fades with time so
you can go on to lead a normal life as I
have done.
I 100% agree with you. i had a psychotic
episode and after i had the right
medication the symptoms went away.
