Ive heard walking during pregnancy is good for you and can ease labour... I dont walk all that often maybe once or twice or a week 30 min walk.. And I find it tiring... I walk to all of my drs appointments now tho and they are every week because I am 38 weeks almost its about a 30 min walk there and I walk back as well... Sum ppl see nothing wrong with it and sum ppl freak out when I tell them I walk that far .. One person thinks im gonna go into labour cuz of it lol! Even tho its tiring me out is it still okay to do ? Id think so... But sum ppl r freaking out

Walking
I've had people tell me that I need to walk!! I'm like hell no...My pelvis feels like it's gonna give in when I walk..But they all insist on me walking. I've heartd too that it brings on labor, but I think it would just speed up the process once you're already in labor. I don't think it will brign labor on before you're ready.

So have they done a cervical check on you yet .Neeko? Are you starting to efface or dialate??? I hope so!! Lol...Cuz i'm already starting to efface!! I wanna have my baby!!!!!!! If not, I don't think we'll have our babies on the same day! :'o(

The only thing I see wrong with that is that fact that you get really tired and if you get too tired that may mean you will get weak and possibly fall. I think if you don't walk to the extent that your weak, your fine!
