...Whats the likelyhood of her getting pregnant? We both enjoy it much more this way, without a condom I mean, I always pull out a long time before I feel ready to finish, is this safe to continue this way?

If she is using the pill properly, it is highly unlikely that she will become pregnant. However, the pill will not protect against stds.
