Odd Tumor-like Thing

I have noticed a tumor-like bump behind my left ear on the back of my skull, should I get it checked out? I also have a problem with the constant need to urinate. It only happens at night for some reason, just as I lay to go to bed. The reason I mentioned this is becuase I read it could be a sign of cancer. Should I be alarmed?

You should get it checked out just jor your own satisfaction even though I am no Dr., I doubt that it is cancer or at least I hope that it is not and we will hope that it might just be a boil or a cyst and maaybe your bladd situation is is becaause you are more relaxed at bed time , we will just try to remain positive as I am no dr and all I can do is hope for the best for you. Please let us know what you find out! Please do not wait too long!
The best for you!
