I am 23 weeks pregnant, and over the past few days, I have noticed a change in the type, not necessarily the amount, of discharge I am having. Instead of being whitish and thin, it has changed to more of a mucous-like substance, and sometimes is a mix of both. :( I have been reading up on the net about this today, and it says to see your doctor if there are any changes in vaginal discharge, because this could be a sign of pre-term labour. Although I do not really have any other symptoms (no bleeding, no real backaches, no cramping) I can't help but be concerned. Should there be cause for concern? Should I see a doctor? Or is this type of change normal???? Please help! :(
