Glycemic load and glycemic index.
Glycemic load is the carbo content,
glycemic index is the glucose content?

No, it's just how fast the particular food
raises your blood sugar. I assume they
both are about the same? Best thing to
do is follow the general rule that seems
to always work for everyone, though people
have varying difficulties at first. Some
don't. You need to find a carbohydrate
level that's comfortable for you at first,
and it needs to be within 60-100g, no more
no less. Sometimes people feel they need
more or can function on less, but you need
to start there to figure it out.
