Hi everyone. I haven't posted in ages so now I am 20 weeks pregnant and I am having a baby girl which we have named isabelle. I am very excited!
I have some worries though. I have been very busy with work and home life and I find that I don't have enough time in the day. I am totally exhausted/stressed and am concerned this could affect my unborn baby.
For the last couple of weeks I have been having period like pain, back pain and aching legs and feet (just like I am having a period). Is this because I am not resting enough or a phase in my pregnancy? Is it normal to feel like this.
I am still so scared of losing her, even though my 19 week scan said she was fine.
Does anyone have any answers?

Every thing should be okay it might be the ligments streching while baby growing and your belly get's biger and the back pain is normal with pegnacy..Take it easy rest when you can..And if worried call your doctor..Good luck and it should be okay..
