On the Pill But Period Is Late Posted: 01-08-04 00:19am
I have been taking birth control pills for
almost 2 years. I take them everyday, at
the same time, although a few weeks ago I
took my pill a few (2-3) hours later than
normal just one day. I have not missed a
day. My boyfriend always wears a condom
during sex, although sometimes we wait a
few minutes before he puts it on.
Anyway, I took my last pill friday, and
usually I have light cramps saturday and
actually start "bleeding" sunday.
However it is wednesday and I have not had
any cramps and have not started. I wore
a tampon today but all I saw was a kind of
thick very light brown mucus (sorry, its
kind of gross to describe but I am trying
to be specific as possible). Is it
likely that I could be pregnant, or could
it just be me stressing about it. I have
a feeling that it is the latter, but it
would be nice to hear some reassuring
words.

Hey, I know its been awhile since you
posted this but I am actually in the same
position right now, pretty much exactly
the same and was wondering how it all
worked out for you?
