I keep thinking there somthing wrong like im sick cause sometimes in the morning I feel weak. My muscles feel weak and stuff or when I go up the stairs my heart beats faster. I dont now logic would have it that I was sleeping for like8 to 10 hours and my muslces are weak becasue its just that they have been at rest and as far as my herat ebaitng faster wwell I was sleepig then all of a sudden I go up the stairs is normal but with anxiety I cant seem to faloow the logic and my mind decides to stress over it . In commercials peopl wake up like awwwwwww with a smile on their face I wake up like arggg but aftre like 1 hour I feel ok. Also why do I feel more tired sleeping like 9 or 10 hours then sleeping 7.Its like if I sleep 7 hours my eyes might feel a little tired here and there but when I sleep like 10 hours my body feels super tired is there such a thing as over sleping.

I have always felt more awake after say 7 hours of sleep as opposed to 10. Even before I had anxiety. The only differnce is now I always stay in bed at least 10 because in and out of sleep all night long and I want to make sure I am well rested.

I always feel my worst in the morning. Same as you - weak, tired and out of breath. An hour or so later I am normal again!.

Some mornings I am great but I do have the bad mornings

Hmmmm... Not me.

I'm bad after I wake (20-30 minutes), but my down side is, I stay tired after that all day long. Sometimes I get spurts, but for the most part, all I want to do, is sleep.
