I really can't help you with what to keep and what to return but I would think that you aren't going to need 11 pack of size one dipers but with that maybe you should use the ones you need and then when she/he (boy or girl??) grows out of them return them at that time.

Are all the onsies the same size? Make sure the size of them all aren't different.

But wow that's a lot of people, I know my mom had like 50 people at hers with my little sister and everyone said that they had never seen that many people at a baby shower.

I don't know but I think if it were me, i'd just pack all that stuff away and keep it. You will definetly use the bottles of powder, and lotions etc. You can even use that stuff yourself!

Babies go through diapers like nothing and diapers are expensive!

The clothes, I don't know, because babies grow fast. If they are all the same size I might return some, but I would probably keep them. Babies stain clothes and ruin them and it'll just save you from having to buy them later.

I would be thrilled to get all that to start me off! Not having to spend money on that stuff, will help you to have money for other things that you might need.

14 packs of onsies would be great. My baby goes through a lot of onsies, and as long as they aren't all the same size you should be fine. You don't want a ton of the newborn size because of how fast they grow at that stage.
As for the burp rags, I also go through a lot of those...Especially once they start eating cereal. The sleep and plays are nice to have especially in the newborn stage because they are so comfy. Again, you might want to get all different sizes, because your little one won't stay in one size that long!
Like the others say, the bath supplies you can definately use...They don't go bad, and they never outgrow it. The diapers, I think 11 packs of size 1 is a lot, but exchange them for another size so you are prepared. Good luck.

Woah thats so weird you guys say the complete opposite than my family...My boyfriends mom and aunt were like yeah you should just keep a couple things and exchange the rest for older baby clothes because they grow way too fast. I dunno what to do...I dont want to not have enough but I also dont want to have way too much and then realize I could have exchanged it for other things baby needs...Gah!

keep all the diapers and once your baby grows out of the size one take them back and exchange them for the correct size..

As for washcloths and baby wash things, id keep them and store them away cuz u can really never have too much of them and you are going to most likely use them for a very long time.. You need the baby wash for obvioulsy giving your baby a bath..And lotions and baby oil come in really handy too.. Your baby will probably have dry and flaky skin at first exspecially his hands and feet.. I use lotion on my baby after every bath..And receiving blankets, onsies, and b urp clothes.. It may seem like you have too much! But trust me its a very good thing!!! I had tons of ppl at my shower and I had no clue what to do with everything I thought I had too much but kept it all anyways and now that my babys here I realize im gonna end up using it all... Lol
