1 cup brown rice 100% unprocessed
beef,chicken
lettuce, spinach
lemon
olive oil
almonds
carrots
day 1
cut the lettuce into bite size peices.
Top it with 1 tsp of brown rice, dont put
too much where it creates a mound, just a
little bit. Top it with a bite size slice
of beef. Drizzle with lemon and olive
oil.
Create as many as you want, depending on
your eating intervals. If you have to eat
every 30 mins, you will have to make more
peices.
For snacks
eat 2 almonds
day 2
do the same, this time try chicken.
As you start to feel better, add small
bite size carrots or a slice of almonds.
Mix and match.
Don't eat too much protein, might make you
feel pukey. 1-2 peices of bite size
protein is fine.
