Im a Teen And My Girlfriend Might Be Pregnant. Posted: 05-02-06 07:23am
I'm not here to ask how can I tell if my
girlfriend is pregnant or worry about it
as of now.
I think I owe myself to be mature about
this whole thing.
This wasn't planned and we aren't even
sure if she is yet but when would morning
sickness show like how long until after
you knew that there was a chance or should
I put it this way how long would it be
until you got sick after the sex .
Also can you test two weeks after the day
you had sex?
Is that the correct time to test?
And if anyone knows some resources on
dealing with teen pregnancy and how to
deal with parents and etc. That would be
very appreciated.

Hi, everyone is different with the morning
sickness, I usually get it a couple weeks
after the conception then it stop s and
starts again a few months later. 2 weeks
after sex is a good time to test, her hcg
levels will be high enough to register on
a chemist bought test. As for dealing
with parents, I guess you just need to be
up front and honest, and reasure them that
you are both going to be responsible
parents. Youll get through it, and you
will love your bub.

Hey there. Well, im a teen too. I will
be 19 this month. And I bet lotsa things
are going thru ur head etc. When I found
out I was pregnant, I had morning
sickness the day b4 I found out. It's a
feeling that u "just know" you're
pregnant, nothing uv ever felt really b4.
I couldn't eat things I normally ate, I
had no appetite really, and this feeling
in my stomach etc. And I still have
morning sickness and im 19 weeks pregnant.
:p neways, about the parents n stuff.
Dont stress over telling them if u haven't
even taken a test. I took a test and it
was positive, then went to the doctor the
next day for him to confirm that I was
pregnant (another pee test) and then thats
for sure cuz doc. Tests dont lie. So
yah, once u do that then ya u gotta tell
ur parents. And that was teh scariest
thing ..Atleast I thot it was. See my
parents and my bf's parents are very
religious. No sex b4 marriage kinda thing
and they gave us the whole sex talk b4
etc. And I mean, we were petrified cuz we
knew they would kill us if I got prengnat,
cuz they told us they would. But lets say
parents say that so it doesnt happen cuz
they want the best for u. But when I told
them, they were" dissapointed" but they
didnt hate us, and they were and are there
for us 247! For the first couple weeks ya
its a shocker, big time. I never thot I
could tell my parents I was so scared.
But when its actually happeneing, its
happening no matter wat so they learn to
deal with it, and sooner than u think
they're all excited!! My parents and his
parents are thrilled, and cant wait. Yes,
its unexpected but thats life. Its not
going to ruin your life, just change it.

You *could* take a test 2 weeks after, but
she might need to wait until 3 weeks after
if you guys had sex before she ovulated.

I hope ur not considering abortion. Let

Pregnancy is hard, especally if ur young.
But I just turned 18 when I found out, now

propaganda, but take it as you will.
Almost makes me want to have an abortion
out of spite.
