I normally am pretty lazy about cleaning, but now that im 37 weeks, I just got this urge to scrub everything down and get stuff ready. Tonight I have been scrubing the bathroom with all sorts of sprays and cleaners...Does anyone think being around that stuff and breathing it in can be dangerous to the baby? Im getting paranoid now.

Well, don't inhale bleach or anything!
I wouldn't use strong products if I were you, though. Just a precaution. Though chances are nothing would happen anyway.

My doctor came up with the idea lol.. Alot of his patients get induced around 38 1/2 weeks if they haven't already had the baby.. He thinks its better since he knows the baby we'll be mature enough and that way I won't go past my date.. And all the medical problems that come along with being pregnant past your due date.. He had his wife get induced with their 2 kids at 38 1/2 weeks.. So im sure he wouldn't have me do something he wasn't sure about..

Ugh! You are so lucky! The impression that I get from my doctors (theres 2 in the office and they switch off) is that they wouldnt even consider an induction unless I went over to like 42 weeks!

Yeah alot of doctors won't do it.. I think its perfectly safe as well as my doctor.... And my docotr is like the top obgyn in arizona... So I trust him.. Hehe well im sorry to hear that.. You should beg your doctor and get them to do it on the 11th and our baby's could have the same bday.. Hehe.. What are you having?? I'm having a little boy!

Wow i'm due the same time as you guys. May 24th. I hope he comes a little before that though. He's getting truly heavy and the pressure is starting to make me insane. About the cleaning thing, I bought these face masks that painters/contractors wear just because i'm a freak like that. But I don't think that it will hurt unless the room you're working in is not very well ventilated and you stand there breathing it in for a while.

A boy too :) well, ive only had one ultrasound, and it was at 21 weeks, so im hoping it was accurate! I have .T.O.N.S of boy stuff. I have heard so many stories where people where told one thing, and they got the opposite!

I was thinking about buying one of those masks last night lol.

Thats awsome.. I had one at 18 weeks and I had a 3d done at like 31 weeks both showed a boy.. So i'm pretty sure its a boy, and by what I seen he doesn't look like he could possibly be a girl.. Lol.. Hhmmm never thought about getting a mask, thats a good idea.. I think I might head to the store this mornin to get one, since I have been driving myself nuts about the cleaning thing..

Can't hurt can only help even if it's only to set your mind at ease!
