i am a 24 year old male from india. I am
short in height and very overweight. I am
only 5 ft 5 in and weigh over 250 lbs.
However that is not the reason why I am
here, I am trying to sort out this problem
and have already started to take needed
steps.
The main problem that I am facing is that
after having a meal I feel very lazy and
sleepy. Earlier I used to take heavy
indian breakfast, however now I have
changed the same to 300 ml of milk, 2
teaspoons of sugar, small amount of fruits
and cornflakes. Even after doing this I
am facing the same problem. 15 minutes
after the breakfast I start feeling
drowsy.
The same happens after the all meals.
Please advice if its normal, as it hampers
my work and I am not able to concentrate
on anything.
Hey sounds like u have cut your meals down
in size but I think it might help you to
not worry about how much u r eating but
try to spread it out throughout the day.
Eat 5 times a day instead of 3. If u eat
big meals your body has to use its energy
to digest the food leaving u feeling
tired.
