Hair straightening chemicals that are used
in some salons are very not good on our
scalp...didn't you notice that before they
put the chemical fist, they have to spray
a water on your hair...that's because this
chemicals can burn the scalp...not only
burn our scalp but it is also hot when it
heats our skin..
What you should do is to consult a
Doctor...To treat the burns.

Chemical burns are very common when using
the following:
Only use cold water. Find a very thick
hair conditioner and leave it one after
you wash you hair mildly for at least 15
min. Wella puts out a very good one if you
have a beauty supply store near you. If
they don't clear up in a week, see a
doctor.
That was not bleach they used on you. It
was a chemical striaghtener.
They may blister up and then scab over. Do
NOT brush hard. Brush away from the scalp
and do not pick scabs.

I apply aloe vera (the plant) directly to
my skin when I have burns. This tends to
heal the scab within 2 days if you are
diligent about applying the salve.
