Hello. I'm a greek so excuse my english.
Can a man get infected by hiv if he gives
unprotected oral sex to a woman and he
does not have any sores in his mouth or in
his throat? What are the possibilities?

I would also like to add that a single
blood test in september 2005 showed 2400
lymphocytes/microlittre of blood and
another test in january 2006 2700
lymphocytes/microlittre of blood (both
tests took place the same time: 9:00 in
the morning). The episode above happened
in july 2004.
Am I in danger? I think no because after
that time (17 months) tcells should be
decreasing and so lymphocytes too as
tcells are part of lymphocytes. Am I
right?
Please answer!

You're not going to get hiv from
performing oral on a woman. You can't
tell your hiv status from a cbc. You must
have an hiv antibody test done to find out
your status. If you are sexually active,
I suggest you have an std panel and hiv at
least done annually. Always use condoms
and plenty of water base lube for anal or
vaginal sex.

Am I watching well? You mean I have
nothing to worry about concerning oral sex
to women? Are you sure?

Ummmm you can get .H.I.V from oral sex!!!
Yes, it is possible for either partner to
become infected with hiv through
performing or receiving oral sex. There
have been a few cases of hiv transmission
from performing oral sex on a person
infected with hiv. While no one knows
exactly what the degree of risk is,
evidence suggests that the risk is less
than that of unprotected anal or vaginal
sex.

Sammisa, what you are citing is those that
give have a small risk. Not those that
receive.

No guy or woman have ever been documented
as to contract hiv by giving oral to
another female.
