Are You Circumcised?
Posted: 05-06-06 20:15pm

How many people on here are circumcised? Are you happy with it? Do you know anything about foreskin restoration? Have you tried it?

The reason I ask is because for the past 2 years or so everyday when I walk around I get a very annoying ache in the glands of my penis because they rub against my boxers. This is why I wish I was never circumcised. It happens whenever I wax, run or any kind of movement like said.

Does this happen to anyone else? What have you done about it?

Im circumsized.. In a way I wish I wasnt, because here in england, it aint normal to be and in my opinion, if it wernt meant to be there we wouldnt have it, but I had to have it done for medical reasons, so i'd rather have had it done than not

i ain't read up on foreskin restoration much, but I read up on this penis enlargement site that doing jelquing (or however u spell it) wil eventually make it grow back, personally, I dont believe it, I reckon they are just stupid websites using mens insecurities to make themselves a fat wod a cash.. Other than that, there's always surgery :/

i dont get penis pains, soz cant help

Your foreskin aint protecting nothing, if it was, my dick would be hurtin right about now, and would have been for the past ten years, but it isnt..

Doesnt getting cermusized reduce all the fun in sex? I myself would never remove part of my body anyway. I mean it must be doing somthing right if its survived millions of years of evolurtion. Why apart from medical reasons, would you get rid of your foreskin anyway?

Many women prefer their partner to be circumsized. Most of the ones that i've talked to anyways. I've never asked their reasoning behind it though. I do know that a uncircumsized penis can cause more infections both for yourself, and your sexual partner... Especially if the male doesn't thoroughly clean himself daily. As well as the increased risk of infections, i've also heard of men complaining about an odour that they can't get rid of. I also think that the parents decision to get their child circumsized (or even getting it done later in life) doesn't have to be a religious reason, but a personal one... For just these hygenic reasons I stated.

I think that parents should not be able to do that to their kids. It should be left for them to decide.. Afterall its their body.

Also, most women - in america are used to seeing circumcised people.. When they see one thats intact, its strange. So thats why alot dont like intact people here.. However, I dont think there is anything 'wrong' with being intact.. I think its natural

Hey just thought I would comment on the "surviving evolution' deal. The appendix is a vestigeal structure that has survived evolution as well, though it serves no apparent purpose. It can however become serious and even fatal if it becomes infected. The foreskin is similar. It is a vesitigial structure (i read that it is there supposedly because before humans were bipedal, it was there to protect the penis from being dragged on the ground while moving around.... O_o, as humans have evolved to walking on two feet, it no longer seems to serve a purpose). You can either choose to remove it, or keep it. Like others have said, it can cause hygienic problems, but that's about the worst of it.

I personally don't care (i've only had one partner and he is circumsized, and says he prefers it that way), and I believe that most other woman don't either. They may have a preference, but wouldn't dump a guy over it, at least I hope not.
