Chances of Getting Pregnant After Taking Plan B

Please help, im really worried
i took an emergency contraceptive on
friday night, but then saturday night, I
had accidental unprotected sex. He didnt
come, but I was wondering if 1) there was
a lower risk of pregnancy within 24 hours
of taking the ecp and 2) should I even be
that worried because I could only have
gotten pregnant from the precum.

You should take more emergency
contraceptive. Having it in your system
won't necessarily protect you, and plan b
won't stop a pregnancy if the egg is
already fertilized. Getting pregnant
depends on so many factors, though - if
any precum or sperm got inside you, the
time of your cycle... Call .Planned
.Parenthood for more plan b if you need
it. But be prepared for their lecture:
condom, condom, condom!

Ecp does not protect you from future
activity only prior. Ask questions next
time you need to take ecp the pahrmacist
will tell you all you need to know.

And correction to certain people who cliam
a fertilized egg will not be affected by
ecp ...This is not entirely correct. Ecp
may interfere with the lining to prevent a
fertilized egg to implant itself thus
cause pregnancy. Ecp may altar your
lining and sometimes it may not ....So be
careful!
