I play football, im 6'1 190-195 and im
pretty storng I guess u could say, but I
used to be really really really
overweight, but I am pretty much back to
normal, but I still have like fat around
my stomach and so I was wondering if
creatine is ok to take to help for
football and if it will help me look
skinnier becuase I have more musclere mass
rather then fats or w/e
