Eye Pain/headaches Post Surgery Posted: 05-09-06 09:10am
I had endoscopic sinus surgery the end of
1/06 to clear my blocked sinuses (every
sinus cavity was blocked). Since then
i've had occasional, although not
frequent, double vision, nausea,
dizziness. I've had consistent headaches
and eye pain. At first I thought it was
related to neck/shoulder pain i've been
having as well but doing saline sinus
rinses tends to irritate the headaches
even more. I've tried muscle relaxants,
allergy medication...All to no avail.
Post op followups to my ent (the one who
performed the surgery) say that everything
is fine and there's no sinus infection but
I know it isn't. Am I going crazy or
should I get a second opinion from another
ent specialist?
