I keep thiking I have asthma or my heart
has problmes I was cutting the grass today
and my heart sratred beating pretty fast I
knew this was gonna happen so I stopped
and gave myself a break.Went back after a
short break for another7-8 minutes then my
heart was realy going fast tooka 2 minute
break and sadi f--it ill juts finish this
I used to do it befor all these attacks
well I had one.It dint last very long as I
seemed to have chilled out pretty quik but
still while my heart was ebating I coulnt
take that deep satysfing breath is it cuz
I haev asthma? Or just ebcuase I was
working out I mean it is normal right for
the heart to beat way faster when doing
someting physical so why do I keep on
worrying about it and like a fear installs
in me when my heart beats fast?? I was
sure I was getting a asthma attack . I
mean im sure allergies dont help but
allergies are just that not asntha and
wont send me to the ground breathless.
Any inside on this would be appreciated
thanks

Paul again,i`ve had asthma since the age
of 5,i actually had a chest infection this
time last year and spent over a week in
hospital...The basics on asthma,asthma
sufferers lungs react different to the
average person, when we breath, any dust or
pollen in the air that ends up in our
lungs, the tissue in the airways have an
allergic reaction,the aiways swell up,the
docs call it inflamation of the
airways, causing us to weaze, then the lungs
release flem, thats where the weazing comes
from,if you had
asthma, your aiways in your lungs tighten
up and you would weaze and cough, then you
would probebly bring up flem..Thats what
inhalers do,they relax the tissue in the
lungs and help you to breath,i used to
have ventalin, then I was changed and had
solbutamol,but after the chest infection
i`ve been put on a stronger inhaler called
symbicort turbo inhaler,its called a
protector,its a combination of 2 acting
chemicals..One chemical acts like
solbutomol which relaxes the tissue,and
the other coats the airways and stops the
dust and pollen sticking and causing
inflamation of the airways..Go to your
doctor and he/she can do some simple tests
to find out if you have it or not,its hard
for me to say you have or have`nt,as for
the fast heart,i get axactly the same as
you,and I also find anything phisical hard
work, thats down to your anxiety ..Good
luck mate

Eah I dont have the weasing or coughing or
flem sinc ei quit smoking lol but thatwas
just taht smoking even when I exercise it
dosent happen. Its just I cant seem to take
that dep breath wich scares me.I guess im
paranoid. But still those deep breats
feel good.Apperently the best thing wen
you find breathing hard is to exale
more.
But tahnks for the reply I went to the dr
in macrh and september they dint mention
anything about asthma
