Is this possible? I have been on the pump
for a few years now and would like to take
a 4-day whitewater rafting trip. I'm
pretty sure i'll get wet no matter how
careful I am. I am worried about two
things:
1. The pump itself would get wet and
malfunction.
2. The infusion site would get wet and
the infusion set will come unstuck and
actually come out of my body.
Has anyone tried this and what worked for
them? I'm also thinking about going back
to injections for the trip...What has been
people's experience with that?
