Is it safe to have an mri on my baby when pregnant. I am 26 weeks pregnant, my baby is not growing its the sise of a 19 wk baby. They want to do an mri to find out why this happened.

I need to know is it safe. The doctors seem to think that my baby wont survive but I think they are wrong. I dont want to have this mri if there is a chance that it might weeken my already week baby.

Please reply
