I'm desperate already because ijust went
to the er today because i'm getting
contractions every 5-10 minutes, I can't
take it anymore. What can I do to go into
labor earlier and faster?

I was wondering the same thing, i've been
having painless contractions 5 min. Apart
for 2 days now. When I went 2 l&d
yesterday I was only dilated to 1 ... Now
the contractions have completly stopped
& i'm almost 39 weeks...

Well there is no definate why to make
yourself go into labor quicker. But I
have heard having sex or climbing steps
has helped some people.
