penis between her 2 fingernails at the

After breaking the skin, she recoiled and
I yelped, asking what was that about?
3 days later and I have a nasty little red
rash in a very sensitive place!
I'm very upset and feel violated. The
pinch point still burns. What kind of
std could have been transmitted? Aids?
