Im having trouble sleeping and bought a
melatonin supplement from my local drug
store. Melatonin is a hormone; does it
affect the estrogen hormones/birth control
pill at all?! Like lessen their
effectiveness?? I would think it would be
clearly pointed out all over the place, if
it did mess up birth control
effectiveness, considering melatonin is
easily accessable, but I want to be safe.
If anyone can give me an answer, much is
appreciated!!! Thank you!
