Q: Another Pregnancy Question With Sore Breasts

Hi, i'm 27 yrs old and am trying to fall pregnant. Last week, (about one week after possible conception), I had really sore breasts for 2 days in a row, (though only lasting about an hour). It is now three days after, and my breasts feel back to normal. I have never had this symptom before and have never suffered tender breasts due to periods etc. Could I be pregnant? My period is not due until mid next week, and I was excited when I had sore breasts, (as possible pregnancy), but now am feeling a little deflated... I just want to know if anyone else out there has had this before, (and still been pregnant).
