I have secretions on the glans penis and
under foreskin, but pulling back the
foreskin to clean it is very difficult and
painful. What should I do?

Heh, your username and the nature of your
post worries me slightly .... Female with
a penis?!?! This should worry you a hell
of a lot more :d
on a more serious note, your foreskin is
prob a bit too tight - this is normal.
If you see a doctor he/she can prescribe a
cream that helps stretch it to make
cleaning (and everything else for that
matter) easier.

What should I use to clean it though? The
glans is too sensitive to touch. Should I
just sit in a bath?
