The rush is ive wanted a baby from a young age
i was raped when I was seventeen had several violent partners so have given up on relationships.
Every jobb I have had involves children I blossom around them and long to know what it feels like to carry another life inside of you

my urge for children was made stronger about four months ago when my gp thought I might not of been ovulating properly the tests came back ok but it gave me a real scare.

Rioliverpool I can understand the desire to have a baby - i've had it since I was young too. I have been caring for kids for 28 years and always imagined that by the time I was 30 i'd have some of my own. Well i'm 29 now and that isn't going happen. I understand the comment on giving up on relationships - i've had a few bad ones and witnessed horrible thigns with some of my friends' relationships and had pretty much given up at the age of 25. I wasn't going to have anythign to do with men... Then I met my bf earlier this year - he's amazing. He's a forever kind of guy and so sweet and kind. The kind of guy you think couldn't exist, or only exists in your dreams.

I guess what i'm saying is don't give up hope - you never know what is out there. If you really want to do this, just remember that it will change your life forever, but if you are sure about it, then I say do it.

Do you have any friends who might be willing to donate?? I had a gay friend and his husband ask me to mother their child a few years ago, but it was the wrong time for me. That might be an option. If not, I would say save your money and go to a clinic and do it anonymously. If you can't totally trust the person who you are getting the donation from, then it's better to go with them not knowign you.

Good luck.
