Started one day I got up and didnt feel
quite right like I was looking through
some one elses eye,like being in a
shell,this was all after a sinus
infection,went to hospital they did ct
scan,chest x-rays,urine work up and blood
work(which blood work showed I had a
slight infection)that how I found out I
had sinus infectio,but all that is gone I
still fee like im in the clouds,like I
cant stop thinking thier is something
wrong with me ,but talked with 2 doctors
and said it could be anxiety,and try to
think about some thing else.One sain he
would give me ativan if I wanted it.Should
I take them yto help get me back on track.

Yeah its called depersonalization and its
very common symptom of anxiety. Don't
