I started with this treatment one month ago. It is not necessarily a dramatic kind of drug and is used primarily to stop ms exacerbations which is one way of having a real life. Unlike interferons, there are no side effects. Some people have improved immediately. I have noticed less temporary paralysis in the mornings. There is only 16% actual naltrexone in a tablet. Ldn balances the immune system. To me it simply calms the beast. This balancing effect has also proven successful in opposite disease conditions like hiv-aids and certain cancers.
