regarding your question about weight gain and not showing during prego as long as your doctor's happy with the baby and your well being then that shouldnt be a problem. 18 lbs is an average weight gain in pregnancy roughly is round 18-20 something lbs. I am 28 weeks and have gained about 7 lbs altogether. I am very stressed out and I eat when I am hungry but the stress I am under will not let me keep it down. My stomach is pooching out there though. My doc told me that as long as my uterus is measuring the right amount and the baby's weight is good then there isnt' a problem. The baby will take the nutreance that he/she needs before you get any of it. If you don't eat, it will kind of like feed of the extra storage off your body. (that's how he explained it.)
