Aww, poop! My technician made me drink something cold then gave my tummy a couple of pushs to get him to move when I went.

i am due dec 2. I am 17w 4d. I went to my second ultrasound today and they tried to see the sex but my stubborn little baby wouldn't open it's legs! So.... I guess i'll have to go through pregnancy the old fashioned way!

wow our due dates are really close together! Mine's the 3rd/4th.. My midwife can't work out which coz my lmp was in february and the fact that it only has 28 days confuses her! Hehe. I hope I get my scan soon, I wanna know the sex of my little one. I guess we'll just have to see who has their baby first! ;)

how does having only 28 days in feb confuse her? It doest matter how many days in a month, what matters is when your 1st day of your last period was. Your midwife must be kidding right?

She just got a bit confused I guess. When I worked it out my due date should be the 4th, as my lmp was the 27th feb. I don't really mind, I doubt my baby's gunna be on time anyway.

I was really disappointed. We tried everything... First we jiggled him around a bit then we turned me over on my side, then I went walking around. He was very active, and when he did open his legs, he moved so fast the tech couldn't see! He was playing games with me:) when he finally settled down, he had his legs so tight together that we couldn't tell :( but he gave me a really cute picture :) right when the tech was getting ready to take the profile shot of him, he truned his face and I got a shot of him looking right at me! It was so cool! It's kinda cool not knowing boy or girl tho. Now i'm even more anxious!

Hi
Posted: 07-01-06 09:41am

My pregnancy is strange because I look like i'm going to pop . Everyone thinks iam due but i'm only 19 weeks. The strange part is I haven't gained a pound my belly has just got bigger. They say my baby is fine though. It has me alittle worried because I should have gined something. On top of that I have o- blood and could be a problem. Alot of people say I look like i'm having twins.I guess I will have to wait and see what happens.

haha you're not the first one to comment on that! I always say "he" and people seem to notice. I'm not sure why I say "he" but maybe it is my mommy intuition :) have you heard of having a late ultrsound? My secretary said that she thought you get another ultrasound at like 26 weeks. But i've already had 2 so......
