I Feel Sad For Britney's Kid Posted: 05-19-06 19:40pm
Omg I was just reading about how she
almost dropped her baby when she was
holding him with one hand. Geez what kind
of mother is that, I feel sad for her
upcoming baby too, poor baby :(

Yeah, .Britney definitely shouldn't have
had her baby in her lap while driving.
Okay, so he should have been securely
strapped in the carseat facing backwards.
(something I wasn't even aware was a
law). But now she's just a media
target, her every move scrutinized by the
press. I'm a journalism major, so I
understand the appeal - it's their job to
report stuff like that. Still, we
can't fault her for tripping on a new york
city sidewalk - i've almost tripped on nyc
sidewalks a few times myself! If
people were truly concerned about her baby
(and the one on the way), they'd stop
being so self-righteous and admit to
themselves that they too make mistakes.
She's only been a mom for 8 months - I
don't think motherhood is purely
instinctual. The best thing for
britney spears right now would be a major
reduction of stress. She needs to be
healthy for the new baby. Claims made
by people that child protective services
should take her child away are absolutely
ridiculous.
Edit: this wasn't directed toward you,
snowygirl, I just wanted to express my
thoughts on the subject.
