Can having sex make your period irregular.
I can pinpoint my periods coming much
later (i usually started like clockwork
give or take a day or two), since I first
started having sex, and my period has even
come up to two weeks late. I'm one week
late now (took a test, it's neg). I'm
waiting for this period to come so I can
get the patch asap.
As for the patch, or any birth control for
that matter, when you start taking it,
does your period last for as many days as
it did before the birth control, or does
it last longer or shorter? Mine usually
lasts 4 or 5 days.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I think sex can make your periods
irregular if you just started having sex.
&birth control usually does make your
periods shorter.

Yes to both and stess can also make it
irregular a number of things can change
up your cycle. Sometimes birthcontrol can
also make it last longer and sometimes you
won't have a period for a couple of
months. Even just a little spotting.
