Oh god I know exactly how you feel, it could possibly be a yeast infection. Not to get into too much detail but I was red and itchy and it was completely uncomfortable, I went to wal mart and got miconazole 3 day treatment I think thats what it's called. It's like a little applicator filled with cream and you insert it like a tampon, it's really easy but it causes itching and burning for a few minutes after you use it.

I also used vagisil to ease the itching, and within 2 days it was gone. I didn't even have to use the last treatment so I hope that helps =)
