Not Sure Where to Turn
Posted: 05-22-06 00:10am

My name is kezia, I am only 18 years old and I have gotten myself into something im not sure I can get out of. I decided to write this under the teen pregnancy forum b/c I was not sure where else to put it.

A few days ago I posted a thing on teen pregnancy, its still there but for you all that have not read it here is a run through of it...

I had sex with my now ex boyfriend on april 22(no protection and I am not on birth control). I usually have my period between the 2nd and 6th of every month but thsi past month (may) my period didnt come until may 12th. I only bleed for 3 days and it was so light I didn't even have to wear a tampon as usual. I have not taken a test yet b/c I have to save some money to go get one but some ppl said it might be implntation bleeding.

Anyway, me and that guy broke up b/c I still am very much im love with the guy I dated before him. Yesterday I had sex with my the guy I love (may 20). I really want to be with that guy and he dont know that I had slept with someone else. Anyway if I find out im pregnant I know it will be my ex's(the one I dont like) and I do not want to have a baby with him(i know....I should not have slept with him, my mistake) but I cant change it now and I have been thinking if I am pregnant I might get a abortion but I dont even really beleive in abortion so I am kind of stuck.

Anyone got any ideas???

I don't think you should really worry yourself until you do take a test. Then go over in your mind what you want to do from there, if it comes out positive.... Theres no point in stressing the unknown.

I replied in the other post about periods and stuff.
As doubtful says don't worry too much until you take a test.

Implantation bleeding occurs approx 10 days after conception and so is usually before you would get your period - not after (ie a late period).

Incidentally a late and light period can be caused by not having ovulated that month, although you can also still get period like bleeding if you are pregnant.

Thing is there are just so many symptoms that we would fail to notice were we not concerned about pregnancy, but because we worry we notice all the things we don't usually.

Abortion isn't the only option either, adoption is a positive move.

Take a test and let us know how it goes - good luck on getting the result you want.
