Coldness Is Left Leg...poor Circulation?

I have had coldness in my left leg for a few months now. Sometimes when I lay in bed I feel numb and cold in my leg and feel as if all my limbs are falling asleep. Often leaning on my elbow makes me feel pain and as if I am cutting off flow to that area. Also for the last few months I have fealt as if my bladder is full yet I cannot urinate but a little bit. I have also fealt heart palpatations. Mostly surging or skipped beats from time to time. Mostly it bothers or worries me at night. I often feel tired or listless. Driving can be a gamble it seems. I just wonder what is robbing me of energy. I pound caffeine to try and wake up and I think that has led to palpatations. I am afraid to see the doc as last time I was told I had a minor block of the av and a bradychardia of the heart. So is my slow heartbeat causing all my issues? I need some help but scared I could have cancer. I had to leave my job do to lack of energy and decline in performance. As it appears my health insurance is gone. I appreciate any answers here in this forum. Thatks, troy
