Q: Pregnancy And Gallbladder

Since I discover I was pregancy, I feel gallbladder pain. Right lower abdomen has a sharp pain every morning. Is this common? I was diagnosis with a below normal gallbladder ejections fraction. Are there any complications if I do nothing about it.
