Hi! I was vomiting for the past 6 days just water and 2 days back I got my periods.I am having pain on my right side of womb.The pain comes and goes.Could I be pregnant or is it a cyst eagerly waiting for an answer

Maybe you are pregnant but have ectopic pregnancy, when its stuck in your tubes.. You should see your doctor as this is quite serious.. Could be why you are bleeding..
