Everyone I have been on lutera for 3
months now. I missed one pill last sunday
and my pharmacist and the booklet said if
you miss one pill you dont have to use a
backup method..I am freaking out my boobs
are hurting days later and I just had some
light bleeding I am freaking out please
help what does this mean??? My boyfriend
came in me 2 times this week what do I
do!!!!!

It sounds to me like it is a hormone
imbalance, perhaps caused by not taking
the pill for a day. Believe it or not,
birth control pills will really screw with
your system. Even missing so much as a
single day's pill can wreak havoc on your
cycle. Some women even being bleeding
(spotting) if they miss their pill by a
few hours.

I've been told it's ok to miss a pill, as
long as you are seven or more pills into
the pack when you miss it...
