Okay I was wondering what 70% effaced and
-1 station means. I thought I was in
labor yesterday but would never dilate
over 1 1/2 ....

Effaced is your cervix thinning it goes
from 0-100% 100% being ready to deliver
and station is the babies position in your
pelvis. 0 is when the head is in your
pelvis. +5 is the baby is crowning and
ready to come out hope this helps
