Does anyone have a two year old or has had one, I have a two year old son and I am having trouble potty training because he would rather play with himself on the toliet. Does anyone have any suggestions on what could help? He has gone a couple of times but he would rather play with himself

Thanks, yeah that's what size diaper my son wears, and he wears pull ups I don't know if that was a good thing or bad thing. Cause I walk in his room last time to bring him some french fries and he done took off the pull up and was playing wit him self. I mean it's funny but I would love to potty train. Like I said he has gone a couple of times. But thanks anyways. And oh, u know you could trying the easy ups my pampers instead of the diapers they are so much easier to put on once they get that big. My son is two and weighs 45 pds.

Yeah we have some big boys, but I like him that way I wouldn't want him any other way. The easy ups arent' really pull ups. I mean the go on like pull ups but they are soo much easier.

Well my son was potty trained at 28 months. He's now 4 1/2. I only used those pullups at night or on long outings. What we did was put him in regular underwear and every time either my husband or I went, we took him with us and made him sit on the potty while reading a book or something. If he had an accident we took him to the bathroom and showed him where that "stuff" was suppose to go. If you're able to, watch his schedule. To this day my son still goes poopy between 10 and 11am every morning.

Be patient. It took about 4-5 weeks before he really had things down.
