He's here!!! He's here!!!! I don't
have any pics to post today but I should
have some to post of him tomorrow!!! My
digital camera is broken so I have to wait
for the picture cd to come back from the
photo place. If they don't do it
tomorrow that means that I won't get it
until after memorial day... :cry: i'm
so anxious to get some pics of him posted.
He's absolutely adorable (not that i'm
biased or anything! :wink: )! Labor
pains started at 6 am on thursday, I was
in labor until 8:53 pm. Scary, huh?
I ended up taking the epidural because my
contractions were coming every two minutes
apart pretty early on (starting at around
8:30 am when I was only 4 cm dilated).
But it really didn't matter cuz the
epidural wore off waaaaaaayyyyy before it
was time to push and they wouldn't give me
any more. So I felt every single
excruciating minute of him being born.
The had to use the vaccuum to help me get
him out. Anyway the m&m was born at
853 pm on may 25, 2006. He was 21
inches long and weighed 9 lbs, 11 oz.
Perfectly happy perfectly healthy. I'm
torn all to hell and back though! The
nurses and my own doctor couldn't believe
that i had a baby that big

I am super happy for you and that big baby
boy! I know exactly what you mean by
being riped and torn, mine was 10 lbs and
2 oz with no meds until they started to
stitch me up. Hope you are able to get
some rest and enjoy!

to hear what happened that sucks that they
stopped the epidural on you early could
have been cause you were having problems
pushing!!

what I named him...
I am so in love!!! I wish that my stupid
camera wasn't broken. You guys would be
sick of the pictures. I took so many
it's ridiculous. I'm so glad it's over.
Being stitched up and sore from that is
waaaaayyy better than being nine months
pregnant and waiting everyday for the baby
to come!! I so hope they have my picture
cd ready by tomorrow.

You'll feel better in a week kay the
healing process is so much quicker lol, I
actually had a beer after and I felt good
for relaxing just make sure you do kegal
asap I didnt know after elisa and became
friends with incontinence lol!!

My mom tore and got stiches with all 3 of
us apparently.. Expecially with eric
(first born) he was almost 9lbs, tom was 8
something and I was 7 something.. But
yeah.. I hope I done tear.. Sounds
painful.

I read different things about how it's
better to let them cut you, but then
sometimes it's unnecessary and it's better
to let it tear. Sometimes it won't even
tear. I was just wondering what happened
to her.

Actually my mom was cut with 4 of us and
got infected everytime I told them not to
cut me unless I thought it was necessary
both my bubs were 7lbs and I only needed
on stitch..
You dont actually feel the tearing it
happens at the same time the baby is
crowning so there is so much pressure you
dont feel it baby crowning does burn abit
though!!

Having the best pain managment is what's
key!! If the epidural helped you relax,
then that's exactly what you needed to
do!!! I'm proud either way!!! Come on

Definately start with the kegals. They'll
kinda hurt at first, but you get used to
the feeling. Mine still hurt if I skip a
day!!! But i've never pottied on myself
yet!!!
It's official, I have a permi-grin!!!
What's your husbands feeling about it!!
How overwhelmed is he?!?!?! I love
it!!!

I definitely tore, I did not want to be
cut at all. I've heard too many horror
stories about being cut. They don't have
my pictures ready yet :cry: i'm not
going to get them until after memorial
day!!!! That sucks!!! If I could figure
out how to do it with my video camera, i'd
upload a video from there.

It's really easy!! Do you have a .U.S.B
connection??? It's a wire that goes from
the camera to the computer.
Do you have a '.P.C' selection on your
camera? If so, put it on pc and plug it
in and your computer should do the
rest!!!
I'm sooo ready to see this angel!!
