I have a pain in my chest dont no what it could be I am 14 weeks pregnant could it hav somthin to do with that or should I stop stressin I dont get short of breath or anythin what could it be

Heartburn
Is it worse in the mornings, or when you're full?
It could just be heartburn.
Did/do you have bad morning sickness? Because the acids from throwing up could've caused the problem.
