Well almost 2 months ago (about 50 days) I
had sex with a girl id met and we used
protection except for a brief period we
were without it (less than a minute). I
never ejaculated if that matters. Anyways
ive learned she has quite an extensive sex
history and children to boot. This lead
me to become worried I might have caught
hiv or another std. I worried for about a
week straight until I went and got the
basic std test which looked for
chlamydia/ghoneria and it came back
negative. 3 weeks after that I started to
have a pain on my testicle which
progressively got worse and I was
diagnosed with epididymitis and was given
antibiotics to cure it. Now im back to
non-stop worrying I might have something
else. Yesterday I found my self itching
my self more than usual and read that it
could be symptom of herpes. I also I had
some slight soreness in my groin and I
fear it also another symptom. Im going to
the Dr. Tuesday but im so afraid I have
something its cutting into my everyday
life. My friend tells me its all in my
head and all my worrying is making me
self-consicous or something like that.
What should I do? Should I get herpes
test?

I have always heard that if in doubt to
get it checked out, it could be your
nerves or stress but it never hurts to get
checked out!

This morning I woke up with appears to be
some small white lines on the tip of my
tongue and now im absolutley freaked. I
cant sit still or think about anything
else right now. Im so scared and I have
to wait till tommorow to see the Dr. I
dont know what to do

I'm the same! I've had these bumps on my
penis for about 2 years, and I am
convinced they are genital warts (even
though i'm a virgin).
I kinda got over it to the point where it
would matter what they were and that I
never really wanted to have sex anyway.
Sometimes it's better to be ignorant.
Anyway, herpes doesn't last... Of course
it could mean no more sex ever! But from
what I hear it's pretty much like warts,
most people get one or two outbreaks then
it never bothers them again!
I would be really worried about hiv if I
were you. Once you get it you are on
pills for the rest of your life! Now
that's bad!

Well thankfully the white lines in my
mouth were a sideeffect from another
medication(antibiotics) I had taken. Im
still worried about hiv but im trying not
too. I took a blood test for herpes today
and will know the results in a few days.
