I haven't been feeling too great all
day.
I've been having kind of uncomfortable
cramps since dinner.
Then earlier, when .I went pee, there was
a small amount of
blood on the toilet paper..
I know it's normal to spot during
pregnancy,
especially when you would be on your
period- which is this week..
But i'm just worried because of the
cramps.
Blaaaahhh.

Calm down - stress probably wont help in
any way. If it's still there in a while
go to the doctors if you're really
worried.
How far along are you now?

Minus some nausea.. Thought .I was gonna
get sick!
Do I sense morning sickness starting to
kick in?
Oddly... I hope so! Lol.

trimester its scary as long as your not
bleeding a pad an hour or accompanied by
killer cramps dont be too worried!!

geez that would be so unfair. I love not
getting my period! I've heard of this
happening before (not knowing you are
pregnant until going into labour), though
normally in very large people who aren't
very intouch with their bodies. Was her
mom on the bigger side?

Arcadia, I hope all is well for you but I
would like to add this. Bleeding in
pregnancy is not considered normal. What
is considered normal is not bleeding or
spotting. Although reading through these
forums it might give you the impression
that so many women go through that its
considered normal but the fact remains it
is not. There are many factors as to why
women bleed and spot. Some include a
sensitive cervix, detaching uterus,
miscarriage, excessive activity, excercise
and I am positive there are more reasons.
Having a period while pregnant is never
going to happen in this lifetime. No
women ever gets her period when pregnant .
We do not ovulate to shed our lining
while pregnant. This is confused for
bleeding and spotting. I would try to
relax and let your Dr. Know what has
happened as a precaution. Good luck.

Hey .Emma, thanks for responding &for
your concern. I'm not too worried. It
was 2 very light spots of blood only when
.I wiped. Though .I'll ask my doctor
about it when .I do end up going.

I think emma is trying to establish that
women may bleed when pregnant, and the
amount of blood may resemble that of the
flow of a period, but it is not in fact a
period. Your period is the result of the
shedding of the lining of your uterus.
Bleeding and spotting during pregnancy,
while not normal, can still occur, and
perfectly healthy children are born to
women who experience this.
Hey arcadia, is all well with ur cousin

Unfortunately not.
I went to her brother's graduation party,
&she was there.
She wouldn't even look at me.
None-the-less speak to me.
Her boyfriend had no problem hanging out
with me &talking to me.
But she wasn't having anything to do with
me.
Blah.

Ehhhh, don't worry, she'll get over it. I
was thinking that she might be jealous of
you o_o for being so together and mature
about this, and you are younger than she
is. Or maybe this is her way of telling
you she's worried about you. Either,
she'll come around.
Hope you are feeling better ^_^!

Erinjacob , clearly you have been
misinformed. No women will ever actually
get her period while pregnant. Shasta is
correct it does not resemble a period
whatsoever. The wording is totally
incorrect . In order to have a normal
period you must ovulate and clearly that
ceases the moment you become pregnant.
And bleeding is pregnancy is not
considered normal, what is normal is not
bleeding or spotting at all.

Emma, we know. Calm down. It may not be
"normal" but the fact is, many women do
&have completely healthy babies.
There's noo reason to argue. My problem
is gone. It was two tiny, light drops of
blood when .I wiped, &that's it.
Haven't had it happen again.

someone esle who claims its normal. She
clearly doesnt know what shes talking
about. Is this a board for discussion ?

No I dont wanna bet because im not 5 years
old . You do not get what we call a
period. Get your fatcs straight. You can
have bleeding but not a period. So really
get informed and if your Dr. Tells you
yes then hes a quack and I would
reconsider him as a Dr. You are very
funny. Lol

You guys in this lace are jokers with no
education your own bodies and what theyre
doing. You clearly do lack the mental
capacity to use proper wording. No period
not gonna happen when pregnant. Yes
bleeding can happen as it happened to you
but its not your freaggin period. And
judging by your pic I now understand who
exactly you are.
