No that is not legal. It's illegal for an
adult [18years old] to have sex with a
minor. Do you have an idea of how far
along you are? What will your parents
think of this? If they're really strict,
you might have a situation on your hands.
Seeing as he could get in trouble for
sagitory rape. What does your boyfriend
think? Does he want to keep it?

Actually the statutory rape ages vary from
state to state. What's illegal in .New
.Orleans, might be legal in .Cali.
